Indoor Carriage Driving culminates in a National Championship Event and to qualify there is a points league table for each region to top. This year, at Wessex ICD, we’re also running a Championship Points League for our long-reining class, which is being sponsored by Steve and Di Lucas with great thanks from SCDC.
How are points calculated?
Points are awarded for where you place in each class: 10 points for 1st, 8 points for 2nd, 6 points for 3rd, then 5,4,3,2,1,1,1 etc and 0 for elimination.

The Champion for 2025 will be the competitor with the highest overall points score. Good luck to everyone.

Points League – Carriage Driving
For carriage drivers, your best 5 championship class scores will be counted and to qualify for the championships you need to: win your championship class in your region and get a best Percent score of at least 75%. You must also do at least 50% plus one of the events in your region.
